Coverage

Should any incident or accident cause serious functional damage that renders a wheel unusable, OQUO will replace the wheel under the following conditions:

CARBON WHEELS

• Up to two years after purchase: wheel substitution, free of charge. Shipping  and handling costs apply.* 
• After the first two years, a 50% discount is to be applied

ALUMINUM WHEELS

• Up to two years after purchase: wheel substitution, free of charge. Shipping  and handling costs apply.* 
• During years 3 and 4, a 50% discount is to be applied
• During years 5 and 6, a 20% discount is to be applied.

How to process a claim

Claims to be covered under the CRASH REPLACEMENT program must be processed via an authorized OQUO dealer. 

Conditions

The CRASH REPLACEMENT program applies only to original purchasers of the product who have completed the form to register the serial number of their wheels within 30 days of their purchase date.

Only damage that affects the structural function of the product is covered under the policy. Paint or aesthetic damage resulting from normal use or wear, crashing, and/or poor care as a result of using harsh chemicals is considered cosmetic damage and is not covered under this program.

The OQUO Crash Replacement policy is applicable from the original date of purchase only and does not restart after the first time it is applied.

• Carbon wheels: 349 CAD
• Aluminum wheels: 249 CAD
